After creating your account then verify your are logged into your account.

Check your cart. When creating your account as part of the check out process your items in your cart may double. Please delete your items, log out and log back in.

A few customers have had problems paying with PayPal. We have discovered that when you create your account as part of the check out process the system doesn't seem to retain your zip code and this will stop PayPal from working.

These problems do not happen all the time, we have processed thousands of orders over the years however, the latest "upgrade" seems to have some quirks that haven't yet been fixed! Sorry!

Apparel will be ordered the day after each deadline. All apparel will be ordered, printed and delivered after each deadline has passed.  

IMPORTANT: If you are picking up at either store location you will receive a text message when your order is ready for pickup. Please have your order # available when stopping in so we can locate your order quickly!

When checking out -  As you are checking out, use the comment section for adding your child's name and grade. The comment section can not be used to add your name to the shirt or to make custom changes to your garments.

Please make sure to provide valid contact information. We need a valid contact name and number for notification if you are picking up at store. Verify cart contents prior to payment as custom decorated apparel is non-returnable. If you have any questions or concerns with your order, please call the shop!! Once garments are printed, we are unable to change your order!
